Made great progress on the Loft Interiors project tonight. I met with Joel today and he gave me one of the best compliments I have ever received as a designer. It really struck me and energized my drive - I needed that.

I took a drive around the city on Xday and snapped a few photos.

Still ripping through CD's. Keeping a good pace, but man the one by one thing is a limitation for sure. Right now the Gladiator Soundtrack is on - that is some great background music. Makes you feel like everything your doing is extremely important because the music is so deep and mysterious.

One of the tasks I have set for myself over the holiday break is to finish ripping my music down from CD's. I was amazed at how many CD's turned up that I thought I had pulled from, but alas they eluded me. So here is the stack that I have to go through. Plus side is that when it is done all that music is in ONE SPACE (well two when I dup it to the iPod).

Got word today that I will be doing my architect's website. Look out, cause this guys' stuff is amazing so the final product is going to be slick. Pretty pumped about this one and I'm looking forward to putting some serious effort into making it really high end and well made.

The ceiling is on. Still working with the HVAC, lets all hope that we don't have to break it down to fix it up. You can also see the false wall in the back. That was built to inset a plasma screen and hide any wire drop associated with that.

We had to run out and buy a firewire drive for work to haul some gigabytes back from a video shoot. Check this pimp special out! Bling bling.

Looks like I'm finally going to the Lord of the Rings tonight. Just been too busy to break away. Everyone I have talked to has said it is amazing. I'm looking forward to it - an epic trilogy that saves the best for last... unheard of. Tricksy hobbitesays.
