It was a photo bonanza at the Chihuly glass exhibit. It was a night showing was at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. Everything looked like it was pulled right out of a sci-fi movie - really amazing stuff. I shot with long exposures to pull in as much light as possible (like 40 second opens).

What does memorial day mean to you? It means a lot of things to a lot of people. For me it has always meant volleyball. The USA Volleyball Championships have always been scheduled over the 3 day holiday and I've been playing in them since 94'ish. This year is no exception. I've been at the convention center since saturday soaking it in - I'm itching to get started. My team is starting play this Wednesday and we are looking for gold. I've watched the movie Miracle to prep myself for "leaving nothing on the table." Bring it.
